A/C in the room didn't work, staff innability resolving the issue, lunch price high.

The staff was very attentive and superfriendly, offered outstanding services. I enjoyed having breakfast at the garden.

The location here is convenient with a short stroll to downtown, the room is spacious and bright featuring a balcony.

The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent for local bars and restaurants. The breakfast had a great deal of selection and the breakfast staff were well trained and helpful.

There was much confusion about our booking and the reception staff said they received no confirmation from Booking. com covering 5 nights in spite of me showing them our printed confirmation. They asked us to secure our rooms every day by credit card and quoted us higher rates than you did. On a daily basis they blocked our room keys.They tried to overcharge us by 1000 BRL and it took over one hour to check out to sort out the confusion! Very disappointing.Some of the Reception staff clearly lacked adequate training.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Most of the staff spoke English, but some of the waitstaff in the restaurant did not.

The fitness center was very outdated and the equipment not well maintained. The air conditioning went out part way through the trip and did not return during our stay. They advertise a spa, swimming pool and sauna. There was no spa, the swimming pool was a 2 ft deep jacuzzi that looked as if it had not been cleaned in quite a while.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was really impressed. The location was fantastic, right in a business district and just opposite a really nice mall. It made it easy for me to explore the city and also do some shopping. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The cleanliness was top-notch, everything was neat and tidy. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a spa center. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The service, amenities, and location were all excellent.

Tastefully decorated room, large, with a balcony, specially bath. What a really helpful and professional staff. Location short walk to three EXCELLENT malls, the Parque do Povo park and more affordable shops. For tea or coffee visit Ici Brasserie nearby.

Enjoyed a comfortable and affordable stay with friendly staff. Conveniently located close to popular shopping areas and public transportation. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a range of options including omelettes and pastries. The rooms were clean and modern with great showers.

Wi-Fi coverage and speed was poor, making it difficult to work or browse the internet. Television reception was also not good, with half of the channels unwatchable.

Guests can indulge in some retail therapy at the nearby shopping centers and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. the hotel offers excellent facilities and breathtaking views of the city skyline from the rooms.

Although room sizes are decent and offer many amenities, noise can be an issue for some guests, which may affect a good night's sleep.

This hotel is a great value for the price, especially considering the included breakfast. The staff is warm, helpful, and can communicate in English. The location is fantastic, situated in a rich area of the city near three excellent malls, including Sao Paulo's most expensive shopping mall. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with iron facilities and a balcony.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to everything and just a short walk to the business district. Moreover, the hotel was situated near a park and the nearest mall. We appreciated the hotel facilities, which were kept clean and tidy. The staff was fantastic, always polite and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a tasty and diverse range of food.

No major downside, but we thought the hotel rooms could benefit from some upgrading.
